THe first thing to do is find an overview class where a certified instructor will go over the 12 week program and what it entails. The program is wonderful. I am currently teaching two classes for a total of 13 participants. They have done so well. The min weight lost in three weeks was 5 pounds with a max lost of 13 lbs. The body fat was down min 2 points and a max of 5 points. I have two gentlemen who are type 2 diabetics and their blood sugar levels are amazing after only one week into the program. Hi I was diabetic and now that I have lost 75 lbs I am at a good place right now but I juat lost my husband in may. Now I am eating like i was when I was 75 lbs. heavier I just need some support.

Does anyone have a nice brochure or flyer with some "meat" on it for doctors or naturopaths? I'm presenting the program and don't want them to see if as a meal replacement program, which it certainly isn't. Thanks!

Hi Theresa\r\n\r\nI am a new coach trying this for the first time with my mom, husband and 1 gym owner. I have a couple questions so far, do we start the suppliments after the cleanse in week 2? Can coffee be added back into the diet after the cleanse?
