Pot Roast

1. Heat oil in a large pot, add beef, browning on all sides. Place in crock pot or large pot with lid.
2. Add onion, pepper, and salt.
3. Combine water and vinegar; stir and pour over beef.
4. Add the bouillon cubes.
5. Cook on low 8-10 hours or on high 4-6 hours in crock pot.
Note: Great served with mashed cauliflower (recipe available) or steamed vegetables.
