1. Drizzle 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil in a non-stick frying pan and cook meat, seasoning meat as desired.
2. When meat is cooked through, drain in necessary, then add vegetables. Lower heat and cover pan until vegetables are heated through. Season as desired.
*Bragg's Amino Acids taste similar to soy sauce but is more healthful. It comes in a spray bottle. Just add a few squirts over the vegetables and stir to mix before serving. Bragg's can be purchased at your local health foods store.
