Fresh Tomato and Feta Frittata

cheese, feta (1 oz, crumbled)
tomatoes (1/2 cup, chopped)

1. Whisk together all ingredients.
2. Cook the egg mixture over medium heat (without stirring) in a small skillet coated with cooking spray for four minutes or until eggs are firm.
3. Flip and cook the other side for two more minutes.
