Herb and Lentil Salad with Bacon

Ingredients
beans, lentil, green
- 1 1/2 oz
basil, fresh
- 1 tbsp
tomatoes, cherry
- 1/4 cup
garlic
- 1/2 clove
Vinegar, Balsamic
- 1/4 tbsp
bacon, canadian
- 2 package (6 oz)
scallions, green onion
- 1 stalk, large
Directions
1. Drain and rinse green lentils, crush garlic, slice green onions and chop basil.
2. Spray nonstick pan with oil, add garlic and green onions and fry for 2 minutes.
3. Stir in lentils, vinegar, basil, and tomatoes and set aside.
4. Broil bacon until crisp, place on top of salad and serve.
