Ingredients
broth, chicken, canned, fat free
- 1 cup
beans, black, canned
- 1 quart
salsa
- 3/4 cup
garlic cloves
- 2 Item(s)
chicken
- 1 lbs
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a 13 x 9 baking pan, combine the broth, beans, salsa and garlic. Add the chicken (cut into bite size pieces) and baste with some of the liquid.
2. Bake, stirring once, until chicken is cooked through and the liquid is reduced, about 45 minutes.
