Hi! My name is Coach Carin Roberts - 2011 TLS Weight Loss Coach of the Year! I wish I had measurements, but when I found TLS I really did not believe anything could help me because of my health challenges. I never would have dreamed or thought this was my passion in life..but here I am and SO amazingly proud of what I do! I have now coached and changed the lives of over 100 people through TLS. I took my TLS journey 3 1/2 years ago losing 40 lbs and coached my Mom 6 months later to lose 65 lbs using the Rapid Results Program. What a blessing this journey has been for both of us and now we get to work together too! I could not believe how easy the system was to follow and the biggest thing was that I was NEVER hungry! I eat all the time. The quality vs. quantity makes so much sense to me now. My body was always starving before because I was not feeding it enough and I was not eating the right foods. It was great that I could feed my husband and daughter the same meals and they loved it too. Both my mother and I suffer from issues with our thyroid and both of us have had improved adrenal function through TLS. Extremely life changing for my mom! I want my Mom around for as long as I can possibly have her. This system has been an AMAZING gift for our whole family! The weight loss has only been a side effect to the tremendous health benefits we have all received in the process. We thought genetically our family did not have waistlines, but we both have a waist now! :) TLS is about empowering people to make better choices and finding new favorite foods.
